Indu hug Asha tightly, refusing to let anything happen to her. Ritesh says they cannot risk leaving Sameer free and decides to contact the Commissioner to get him arrested. As Indu prepares to take Asha home, Asha shocks everyone by refusing to leave. Confused, Indu questions her decision. Asha asks what they will gain if they take her home. Indu and Vivek say Sameer will be punished, but Asha pushes further, asking what happens next. Ritesh understands her point and explains that Kadambari will use her influence to bail Sameer out, and they will again pose a threat.

Ritesh suggests that if they leave Asha there, Sameer and Kadambari will think they are still in control, giving them time to act. When Indu questions why they need time, Ritesh explains they must prove that Asha and Kadambari are step-sisters and that Vinod Patel is their father.
Asha adds that one of them must go to Bangalore to retrieve her documents. Indu refuses immediately, saying they can get the documents but not at the cost of Asha’s life. Asha pleads with her, and Ritesh promises to keep her safe. After emotional persuasion, Indu reluctantly agrees.
Vivek worries that Sameer might notice the broken lock. Ritesh suggests replacing it with a similar one and swapping the keys. Indu agrees to switch the keys without Sameer’s knowledge, while Vivek ensures the room looks untouched. Ritesh praises Asha’s bravery, and she says she is doing everything for Zoon. Indu and Asha share an emotional hug.
Later, at the Malhotra house, Vivek informs Indu that he has brought a similar lock. Though worried, Indu agrees to replace the keys. Vivek reveals that Ritesh has already left for Bangalore with Rahul to collect the documents. He reassures Indu that he will stay close to Asha and even plans to give her another phone for safety.
Vivaan learns about the plan and offers to help by exchanging the keys. He goes to Sameer’s room, finds him intoxicated, and carefully retrieves his wallet from under the pillow. He successfully swaps the keys without alerting him.
Meanwhile, Vivek meets Asha at the hideout. She feels relieved seeing him and asks about Sunita and Rajender. Vivek tells her they are worried, especially Sunita, who was initially against risking Asha’s life. Asha becomes emotional, expressing how much she misses them.
Vivek apologizes for putting her in danger, but Asha stops him, saying she is willing to sacrifice everything for Zoon and the family. Vivek assures her he will protect her at any cost.
Tension rises as Sameer approaches the hideout while talking to Kadambari, assuring her that Asha will sign the papers. Inside, Vivek gives Asha a switched-off phone and asks her to use it if needed. Just as Sameer nears the door, he realizes he forgot the papers and leaves briefly.
Seizing the moment, Vivek locks the door from outside and hides. When Sameer returns and enters, Vivek escapes unnoticed.
Later, Indu speaks to Vivek on the phone and feels relieved knowing everything is under control. Dolly gently scolds Indu for not sharing the situation earlier, reminding her that family should support each other.
Just then, Zoon returns from school with a form asking for a name change. She tells Indu she does not want to change her name. Indu reassures her and asks if she trusts her “genie papa” and “mouj.” When Zoon agrees, Indu promises her name will remain unchanged.
At that moment, Ritesh arrives with the required documents from Bangalore, confirming the same. Zoon feels happy and thanks him. As Dolly takes Zoon inside, Indu excitedly checks Asha’s birth certificate and related documents proving she is Vinod Patel’s daughter.
Overwhelmed with happiness, Indu hugs Ritesh, who hesitates before responding. Realizing this, Indu steps back awkwardly, and they share a silent moment.
Precap: Sameer forces Asha to sign the papers, even offering her ten percent of the property, but she refuses. Enraged, he tortures her. Ritesh, Indu, and Vivek arrive at the spot. Sameer is shocked, and Ritesh angrily grabs his collar.
